Registration Forms

• If you are a returning player or if you've already been approved from a Wait List (from filling out the Player Interest Form), please select one of the Registration Forms below.
  
  
• As a parent, if you are registering on this platform for the first time, you will be required to create a TeamLinkt account. You can then add all applicable children/players to your account for registration.  You will use the same TeamLinkt account to register your children/players in subsequent years.
  
  
• A minimum $100 deposit will be collected upon registration. Your credit card will be collected and you will have the option to pay for the year in full or in two additional installments (for an additional $10 service fee collected by TeamLinkt to manage the installment collections) - 2nd/3rd installment payments due on October 1 and December 1.
